Objective:
This 16 week course prepares the student for the 3rd Class Engineer license exam or the 1st Class Fireman exam to operate steam power plants.

1 - Boiler Theory and operation
2 - Boiler construction and design
3 - Steam systems and controls
4 - Water supply systems and controls
5 - Fuel systems and controls
6 - Draft and flue gas systems
7 - Boiler operation and maintenance
8 - National and Local Codes & Regulations pertaining to boilers and pressure vessels.
Graduation Requirements
70% passing grade and 90% attendance
