Where do I start? |
TLC thanks you for your interest! Researching and getting familiar with our school and what we offer is a great start. We recommend going to the Courses Offered tab to narrow down what may be the best class for you. |
What are my first steps? |
If you are just looking for more information on a specific course/class, please fill out the "Request Information" under the "Your Education" tab. If you are looking for a tour/meet with Tony, please fill out the "Register Online" under "Your Education". |
I've already talked to the President/went on a tour, what's next? |
If you have completed this step already, please stop in Monday-Thursday between 9 AM-5:30 PM to fill out an Enrollment Agreement. Bring or email a GED or High School Diploma, payment method, any GI/VA documents, or other documents you may have. This will ensure you a seat for the semester you are looking for. |
What are the class sizes? |
TLC purposefully keeps classes sizes smaller in order to maintain a great instructor-student ratio for in depth learning. |
Do you offer morning/day classes? |
As of right now in-person classes at the Oxford Campus are running 10:00am-3pm and 4:00-9:00pm. |
Where can I find pricing? |
Please call for pricing, we usually give this information to those who talk with the president of TLC and take a tour. |

Where do I start? |
Thank you for your interest in TLC's online learning! Only specific courses are offered online, please refer to our Courses Offered to double check. We also offer Continuing Education and License Renewals online. If you are unsure, please give us a call! |
I'm interested, what are next steps? |
Please fill out the Register Online form under the Your Education tab at the top. You will then be contacted by TLC to talk more about this. TLC will send you an invoice over email, once paid within 1-2 days you will receive log in information. Once the course is completed, you will receive an emailed copy of your certificate or please request for it to be mailed. |
How do online courses work? |
This depends on the course or class you are taking. Some do have time limits for completing the work varying from one week to over a few months. You can log-in at any time that is best for you. Once completed in 2-3 days we will send a certificate or needed information. |
What if I need help? |
For academic help, we can put you in touch with an instructor or have you send a list of topics/areas you need help with. Email or give us a call! For log-in issues, please call us and Kristen will assist you. Even though you may be online, we are here to help. |
I have not received my log in information, why? |
We are sorry to hear this. First please double check that your invoice has been paid. If so, please note it may be 1-2 days before you receive your login. If you have any further questions, please email or call us! |
I have not received my certificate, what now? |
If you have completed the course, expect the certificate to be emailed to you within a short period of time. If you would like a physical copy mailed, please let us know by email or calling us. Mailed copies do take some time to be printed and mailed, please bare with us. The receiving time for the physical copy varies. |
